Cancellation Policy for Xelenz Education Services

At Xelenz Education, we deeply value the commitment and dedication of our educators and strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. In order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and to honor the time and effort of our educators, we have implemented a clear cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice:

If you wish to cancel your monthly contract with us, we kindly request that you notify us in advance. Specifically, we require notice by the last day of the previous month in order to facilitate the smooth transition of scheduling.

Cancellation Charges:

In the event of cancellation during the current month, the following charges will apply:

If cancellation occurs at any point during the month, you will be charged for either half of the month’s fees or for the number of sessions attended, depending on which amount is higher.
Should cancellation be communicated towards the end of the month, the full month’s fees will be charged for that particular month.

Non-Obligation for Subsequent Month:

Please note that if you choose to cancel towards the end of the month, you will be required to pay the full fee for the month but will not be required to continue with our services from the following month.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we endeavor to accommodate our families while also respecting the commitment of our educators. Timely communication regarding cancellations is essential to effectively manage our resources and ensure the continued quality of our educational programs.
